I'm so excited to be blog swapping over here today. I always love blog swapping because I get to 'meet' new people!
I'm Sumo, from Sumo's Sweet Stuff!
My real name is Summer, but my husband nicknamed me Sumo when we were dating. (Should I be offended?) Now he's got all of my family, as well as lots of our friends, calling me Sumo. I think Aunt Sumo sounds pretty great, don't you? I live in Utah with my husband, and our two beautiful daughters - Remi & Reece!
I started Sumo's Sweet Stuff as a place to keep some of my crafting projects so that my personal blog wasn't overrun with them. Somehow, that developed into a place to host giveaways, share tutorials, share recipes, and feature fellow bloggers' ideas and blogs! I started sewing just over a year ago, and I don't know what I did before Shirley was in my life.
Who's Shirley? She's my sewing machine. I've also got Lucy, my Silhouette. I love spending time with these gals.

Heidi and I decided to answer these three fun questions for each other. Kind of fun to mix it up a little bit!
1. Best store to spend your dough?
Oh goodness, I have to break this up into three categories: crafting/sewing, clothing for my girls, clothing for me. I enjoy shopping for these three things pretty equally! For crafting and sewing, my one go to place would have to be Hobby Lobby. I just can't quit it! I love the sales, I love wandering, and I can never seem to leave there empty handed. For clothing for my girls, I'd probably have to go with Target. My two and a half year old calls Target the 'popcorn store' - we spend lots of time wandering around Target while she munches on popcorn and I enjoy a Diet Coke. And shopping for me, well, that may be a toss up between Kohl's and Target. And Old Navy. Okay, let's face it. I like to shop!
2. Your favorite thing to collect?
Easy! Fabric! Hands down. I see pretty fabric and I just want to buy, buy, buy. Even if I have no project in mind for it. Hopefully one day I'll get my craft room, and have enough money to just keep lots and lots of pretty fabric on hand for whatever whims that come to me!
3. Favorite tool in your craft room?
Oh wowee. That's a tough one. Because Shirley and I have been bff's for just over a year now. She might get mad if I don't say her. But Lucy came into my life a few months ago, and I have to say, she's pretty close to bff status as well. And then there's my little glue gun. She's seen me through LOTS of projects and ideas, and is always there for me in a pinch. Can we just make it a three way tie here? I'd be lost without all of them!

This is super - I am a follower of Sumo's but it is nice to see her outside her element and in someone elses...oh, and all the questions answered that we all wish we could ask each other!! :) Nice post!
