I just bought these over the weekend. Rod WOrks (for the flower) and my ultimate Fave Hobby Lobby (for the wreath)
they went from not so happy to......
BEFORE.........again
funny story. I didnt like the white coler I Painted on the wreath. Do you ever have a picture in your head of what you think a PRoJect will look like and, well it doesnt turn out the way you think it will??
This happened to ME
Well I thought the white looked a little DRaB. And well, I dont want that for MY POrch especially with the depressing Snow on the Ground.
I wanna feel happy when I see it!
not DRAB
SO another Spray to the wreath (with Krylons, Ivy LEaf green) and......... TA DA!
lol!!!
im a crazy lady I know!
Now I love it.................
I can cross that one off my list :)
The Milk Can is painted with Chalk Board spray paint (it comes in spray paint form and brush on) I got mine at Home Depot.
My Spring Bliss is patiently waiting for all the Snow to melt. You see I live in Utah and over the past few days we got several inches of the white stuff.
Luckily Today It was sunny and warm and the Snow began to melt away. So I took full advantage of the temperature. Got some painting done! I am OOhhhh so close to having 2 dressers done for you to see!
Oh and I have New Jewelry to post this week in my shop! I am in Spring Bliss. :)
Total cost....$6.99 flower and $7.50 wreath= 14.50 not bad for a Wreath that isnt THE typical wreath....
Did I mention My Good friend Carrie inspired me to do this?
She found a flower similar to this one last year and its on her front door too!
hope I inspired you to get your BliSS ON!
I will Be lInking this up so go see where i Party and be inspired here!
or just click on link-ups at the top:)

ReplyDeleteSOOOOOO cute!!! I have a wreath almost EXACTLY like that, and my husband is always complaining that it looks like something off of Nightmare Before Christmas. I love this wreath idea. I was just thinking today that I needed to come up with something clever to make for my Mom and this has given me plenty of inspiration.
